Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

E-liquids and opened vaping devices are not eligible for return due to health and hygiene concerns, unless faulty.

How to Request a Return
  • Contact our support team at info@vapevalley.org or +923224541331 with your order number and reason for return.

  • Our team will guide you through the return process.

  • Items must be sent back via a trusted courier. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued via your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll gladly replace it at no additional cost. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
  • E-liquids (if opened)

  • Disposable vapes (if used)

  • Products damaged due to misuse
